La Danta is grown in the northern parts of Peru along the highlands of San Ignacio & Cajamarca. There are almost 70 highly committed producers working small farms that average 2 hectares (4.9 acres). This producer collective focuses on coffee production that sustainably co-exists with nature as a top priority.
This fully washed coffee is produced organically, fully washed, and shade dried on covered patios and raised beds. With varieties Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon it is no wonder that this coffee shines. It's hard not to love the crisp, sweet, and complex nature of this coffee.
